We ship from our warehouse in the Turkey to ensure you with the shortest delivery times worldwide. Each sculpture will be delivered in the original box, safely protected during transport.

The 14 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation and receiving the art by us. 

The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your cancellation.

all costs(shipping fee and customs fee) for changing and returns without damaging is on customer responsibility. If the product is damaged you still need to send it back to get a refund - or you can get a replacement without any extra cost. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account.
